Hydrofilm Self Adhesive Dressing is a transparent film dressing designed  for safe wound protection. Hydrofilm Dressing is adhesive, transparent and with a semi-permeable film which is waterproof and bacteria proof. Hydrofilm is used as a primary dressing to cover post operative and trauma wounds or as a secondary dressing for retention purposes. Hydrofilm Dressing is highly extensible and conformable and has a high moisture vapor permeability. It is impermeable to water and body fluids, protecting the skin underneath and allowing the resident to shower without changing dressings. Hydrofilm has a hypoallergenic adhesive layer allowing for initial repositioning of the film.
