UrgoTul Lipido-Colloid Non-Adherent Dressing - All Sizes
UrgoTul® is a non-adhesive, non-occlusive interface, composed of a polyester mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid particles (carboxymethylcellulose), paraffin oil, petrolatum and polymers.
FEATURES:
- Ultra-flexible lipido-colloid dressing: Polyester mesh impregnated with TLC: hydocolloid and pharmaceutical grade jelly particles
BENEFITS:
- Promotes wound healing through stimulation of fibroblasts proliferation
- Creates a moist wound healing environment
- Pain-free dressing changes
- Does not dry out: can be left in place for up to 7 days
INDICATIONS:
- Acute and chronic wounds
- Cavity wounds
- Wounds in awkward locations
- Non to highly exuding – when used on exuding wound secondary dressing may be required
- Non infected
